PFPP is selling RAFFLE tickets

now through June 30, 2013!

Winners to be announced at Log Cabin Day  (you do not have to be there to win!)

Raffle imagesDrawing on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at LOG CABIN DAY at about 3:30 pm. You do not need to be present to win. You must be 18 or older to purchase a raffle ticket. Tickets can be purchased at Palmer Park during:

  • Yoga (Saturdays, 9 – 10 am, June 8, 15, 22, 29), next to the pool parking lot;
  • Tai Chi (Tuesdays, 6 – 8:30 pm), corner of 7 Mile & Pontchartrain through June 4; then at Woodward and Merrill Plaisance; 
  • Bike rides (Thursdays, 7 pm), pool parking lot
  • Call Lenora King, 313-685-1972, who is often at the Palmer Park tennis courts and will also delivery raffle tickets when possible. 
  • Call Barbara Barefield, 313-891-2514, whose home office is in Palmer Woods. You can stop by or she will arrange to meet you.
  • Check our Facebook page for other locations to buy tickets
  • Weekend of May 31-June 1 we will be at the Light Up Livernois event in the Pop Up at 19410 Livernois, north of Seven Mile Road

You must purchase Raffle tickets from a PFPP board member or representative

Raffle #2:

Pair of VIP tickets to the US Open Tennis Championship, President’s Suite, Courtside Box for Thurs. Aug 29 (worth more than $1,000 or priceless to some!). See complete details below.

Tennis tickets, $20 each, are on sale at all PFPP events (yoga, bike rides, tai chi, tennis classes) and at Log Cabin Day (when the winners will be picked). Also here at our website. Lee King will be Tennis & Golf Co. on Saturday, May 18, and most Saturdays through June 30, selling tickets from about 11 am – 2 pm. US Open Tennis Championship Raffle Info & Rules: 


Winner will receive 2 invitations to US Open Presidents Suite on Thursday, August 29.  Invitations are non-transferable and may not be resold.  Guests in President’s Suite must be 12 years of age or older.  Travel and lodging to/from the event are not provided. 

The package includes:

1. Invitations for two individuals for  Opening Day, Thursday, August 29, 2013 day session.
2. Seating in the USTA President’s Courtside Box (Priceless);
3. Lunch in the USTA President’s Dining Room ($300 Value);
4. Hospitality (US Open Program, Beverages, Snacks) in the USTA President’s Suite during the session ($200 Value);
5. Behind the scenes tour of Arthur Ashe Stadium (Priceless);
6. Access to courtside seating in Louis Armstrong Stadium;
7. Access to all other courts at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center;
